Section 1: Return and Exchange Policy
At The Branded Attire, we aim to provide a smooth and convenient shopping experience. To ensure customer satisfaction, we follow the return and exchange guidelines below:

Please inspect your parcel at the time of delivery. Do not accept the package if it appears damaged or the seal is broken.

You may exchange products purchased from The Branded Attire once within 14 days of the order date, provided they are in their original condition, unused, with all tags and labels attached, and accompanied by the original invoice. Exchanges are allowed within the same category (e.g., clothing) only.

We do not offer cash refunds. In exceptional cases, a store credit or coupon equivalent to the value of the product will be issued to online store customers. This coupon will be valid for 7 days and can only be used on The Branded Attire online store.

If a product is damaged or missing upon arrival, please contact us immediately at [insert phone number] after receiving the parcel.

Replacement Terms: Exchanges are possible within the same category and depend on stock availability. All returned products will be inspected upon arrival. If our quality control team finds the items have been used, washed, mishandled, or are not in their original condition, the return/exchange request will be declined.

Note: Accessories and sale items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
Section 2: Refund Policy
Refunds are only offered in exceptional cases. Currently, we do not support refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Refund Process: Refunds are processed to the original payment method (Credit/Debit card) within two weeks. If you haven’t received a refund within this time, please check with your bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale items are non-refundable.
Section 3: Shipping

All nationwide shipments within Pakistan are charged at PKR 250.

For exchanges or returns, customers should courier the product to the following address: The Branded Attire [insert return address] with the order number clearly mentioned on the parcel.

The shipping time for exchanged products may vary depending on your location. If you received a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, The Branded Attire will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
Section 4: Lost Shipping Policy
